Full (passive) ROM in hips, no hip tenderness on palpation, sitting on edge of chair comfortably (I am not suspecting the hip joints).

Only "positive" sign: she walks on her heel!

So, the hip films are normal and to be honest the gait does not fit with a hip complaint.

Foot X-ray anyone?
