William Larfe, a 34 year old man, attends the Emergency Department having had an accident whilst cycling. He tells Roberta Rose, who is in triage, that he was cycling along in a cycle lane when the driver of a parked car suddenly opened their door. He braked but couldn\'t stop and went over the handlebars into the door. He was wearing a helmet.
He is complaining of grazes to his left elbow and knee and some left sided trunk pain. Roberta checks his pulse and saturations and finds them normal (86 and 95% respectively). He rates his pain as 4. She triages him as Wounds, Pain, Green and directs him to the waiting area.
