Having heard the story Chris has a quick look at Billy himself. He finds that the pulse is 105, BP 100/60 and RR 24. Saturations (by now on oxygen) are 99%.

Chest examination is as recorded by Courtney. however on abdominal examination Chris thinks there is some rebound in the LEFT upper quadrant.

He asks Courtney to call the Surgeons, establish IV access, take some baseline bloods and give IV morphine.
