Full cylinder POP, wool and crepe, or tubigrip, or nothing.
Referral to Fracture clinic.

3. What factors might influence your decision?
Evidence of pain, or lack of it. Discussion with parent. The only purpose of immobilisation is to reduce pain. If pain is not a problem then why bother
