XRAY RESULT

LEFT HAND AND INDEX FINGER

A comminuted fracture through the neck of the 2nd metacarpal
is noted with separation of the bony fragments and marked
volar angulation of the distal fracture fragment. Also noted
is a virtually undisplaced comminuted intraarticular
fracture through the proximal shaft and base of the proximal
phalanx of the index finger.
