The FAST scan is inconclusive - but Chris and Penny remain suspicious and consider whether an abdominal CT scan might be of use. They discuss this with Fany Frascati, the Radiology registrar, who thinks it an excellent idea.

Billy remains relatively cardiovascularly stable (pulse at 108) so, with a saline infusion established, he is sent with escort to the CT scanner.

The initial blood test results come back
