LEFT FOOT - SOFT TISSUE VIEWS - POST REMOVAL OF FOREIGN BODY

The previously described radiopaque foreign body seen within the soft tissues overlying the planterolateral aspect of the distal shaft of the fifth metatarsal has been successfully removed.
The dense linear opacity is again seen, however, its position is changed and it is therefore again thought to be due to imaging plate artefact.
