Whilst being observed on the CCDU she complains of increasing eye pain which requires intravenous analgesia.

An Ophthalmology opinion was sought.

3 hours later, when the ophthalmologist arrives, the patient has developed swelling to the eyelid and pain on ocular movement.

A CT scan is ordered.
